TIM POTTER

BIO


Tim is an award winning director, actor and screenwriter. With his strong background as both a performer and writer, Tim delivers a unique and invaluable approach to his directing, offering an intuitive and easygoing rapport with his actors. A graduate from the Victorian College of the Arts (Acting), Tim began his career as a stand-up comedian and actor, featuring in numerous film and television roles. Tim wrote, co-produced and starred in the Tropfest winning film, Lemonade Stand, which has gone on to collect awards at many national and international festivals. Following this success, Tim has developed his first television series and written for Gristmill’s (Upper Middle Bogan) ABC comedy, Little Lunch. As an actor, Tim has most recently appeared in Upper Middle Bogan, Newton’s Law and Mel Gibson’s Hacksaw Ridge. He will also feature in the next season of Working Dog’s series, Utopia.
